30 Minute Increments in Screen Block

There should be a 30 min block option instead of the current 1hr options. Eg: Instead of blocking from 9 Pm to 10 Pm we should have the ability to block from 9 to 9:30pm or 9:30pm to 10pm. Ik it may look unappealing in the current UI, but we should have the ability to customize it.
