Add a global pause button

While I'm driving, I quickly need to access WhatsApp and YouTube for work related stuff but there's no global pause option in the app. Need it as a pause timer during emergency. It's a hassle to delete and re setup the whole thing again and again. Please please work on it. I hate the fact that there's no global pause button
