Add "End Block Session" command in Shortcuts

With a command in Shortcuts to end Block Sessions, users could set up automations for

• location based-blocking (block apps when at a certain place/ deblock when leaving)

• activity-adaptive blocks (block apps while active workout; block except phone is charging/charged to X%, etc.)

• set end times of block instead of needing to put in the amount of time
