Adult content block MacOS

Hello, I would like to submit idea to build an adult content block option in safari extension or just as a part of a system on Mac. I use it on all phones that we have home, but not on our Macs which is rly disappointing, that there is no such an option. Thank you for your consideration add it. Have a great day.
