Allow app switching while content is playing

I like to use other apps while watching YouTube videos in picture-in-picture mode. Sometimes for longer than the time I have set in my intentional app switching setting, which requires another intervention when I go back to the actual YouTube app.

I'd like an option to bypass interventions if there is content from that app already being played.

If that's not possible, at least an option to configure a longer intentional app switching time per-app, and increase the maximum option currently available.
