Allow for adjustable intervention settings of the "Customization Lock"
Although the settings description of ‘Customization Lock’ within ‘Cheat Lock’ claims to put us “through and extra-long breathing exercise to unlock one sec’s settings,” I find that the duration is fixed and very short.
Right now, it is too easy to change or even disable interventions on a per-app basis from the “Overview” page. It would be nice if we were able to change the duration of the ‘Customization Lock’ or adjust other options of that intervention.
To clarify: I am not talking about how to change any specific app intervention from the overview page, nor am I asking how to enable the Cheat Lock. I am asking for the option to adjust the Cheat Lock qualities, such as the duration, exercise type, etc.

PinnedGreat news: the latest update of one sec 5.2.8 addresses this issue. Interventions are now at least 20s. Thanks a lot for reporting!

Ohh, we need this SO BAD. Changing the one sec settings is so easy because of the intervention being too short and fixed. Being able to adjust the duration to be longer and maybe even add custom phrases to the intervention would be really helpful.

extend the intervention for the customisation lock
upon trying the shortcuts intervention time, i was thinking about how long it was compared to the setting customisation. i would like the intervention to be as long as the shortcuts' one, since i find customising the settings an easier way of cheating.

Adjustable intervention duration and passcode lock for onesec settings
Hi one sec team,
I’m writing to suggest an update to the "Customization Lock" feature (intervention for opening onesec settings).
Considering the latest changes in iOS 26.4, in order to keep the app very effective and prevent "impulse editing" of settings (the only possibility to bypass the restrictions if we use a screen time password), I would like to have more restrictive options:
Customizable Intervention Time: Currently, the breathing exercise is too short/fixed. I would like the ability to select a much longer duration for the intervention before settings can be modified (like 1/2/3/5 minutes).
Passcode Protection: An option to lock the settings behind a specific passcode (ideally different from the device passcode). This could restrict heavily the access, just in case.
Since I’m a premium user, I would like to keep using one sec as my only tool, but without these "strict mode" enhancements, I have to use another app to block onesec in order to prevent me to access onesec settings.
Thanks for your help!

Adjustable Minimal Breathing Exercise Time and Message for Changing Settings
Love the app. Would be awesome if you could change the time and message for the breathing exercise when changing one sec settings independently from the interventions for apps. I find it’s too quick and I’d like to change the message

Hi there, on which Device and OS are you using one sec? Some of your feedback is already implemented in iOS.
On iOS there are two ways:
• To change the duration of your intervention, open one sec > Overview > Tap on App you wanna target > Customize > Duration.
• Or you go to one sec > Customize > Tap on Add Intervention or an already set up Intervention > Customize > Tap on Timer Symbol > Duration/Increase Usage within 24 hours. Here you can also set your intervention to increase the intervention duration with every app opening in 24 hours here!

Hmm, I interpreted this request differently. I believe they’re talking about changing the exercise for locked settings!
The shortcuts app lock is extremely long, which is great. However, the one sec “customization lock” that kicks in when adjusting per-app-interventions (on “overview”) is just way too short, and doesn’t seem to be adjustable.

My feelings about this are quite strong, because I tend to abuse this oversight. Having read through similar suggestions, it seems that the message has not been properly conveyed/understood with the dev team. Allow me to explain clearly:
1. ‘Customization Lock’ is enabled
Go to “Overview” page and select any app/website
Move to the “Customize” tab and select ‘Unlock Settings’
‘Customization Lock’ intervention is triggered
We are now free to adjust/disable the intervention for the app/website
Right now, step 4 only takes about 10 seconds and seems to have a static duration. Please, allow us to adjust the qualities of that intervention!! This is the last thing needed for the app to be (reasonably) bulletproof imo.

Thanks for explaining it to me!
