[Android] Don't Get Lost Notifications

Like on iOS, one sec should be able to send you reminder notifications, customizable to remind you
• after 1 min
• after 3 mins
• after 5 mins
• after 10 mins
• after 15 mins

with a banner like “You’ve been on {{app.name}} for {{number}} minute(s). Don’t Get Lost!”

This is a gentler nudge than the Re-Intervention/Re-Interruption and would broaden the customization options.

Secondly, on Android users should as well be able to customize the notification message to their liking – and make it sticky.

Lastly, for Re-Interventions it would be also nice to have the “50% Time Left Reminder”.
