Block after X minutes.
An option to go into a strict block after using an app for a set amount of time. When one-sec intervenes and asks me how long i want to use the app, i would like an option where i can not just ask for a re-intervention after (lets say) ten minutes, but the option to full block the app after those ten minutes.

I came here to post basically the exact same idea. I think this would be extremely useful and shouldn't be hard to enable, since it's just a strict block that starts after a timer.

Yeah, we need this so bad, this is really important. Having like a cool down feature where we can’t immediately ask for a re-intervention and we actually have to wait before we can use the app again would be awesome. Maybe the time between each open can be adjusted, so like we have to wait between maybe a few minutes or up to an hour or two until we can open the app again.

I do something similar by setting a screen time limit on top of using one sec, but ofc it’s not the same.

You might be able to get part of the way there by adding increments to the blocker. I do +1s for insta and at some point it’s effectively blocked.
+1 still for the feature though.

I just know this is only going to be for Apple users. Android has so few features that I'm honestly starting to regret the subscription.
