Block only subdomains

Could we please add the ability to specifically only block subdomains or have a second intervention that we can adjust separately for subdomains? I want to be able to use YouTube or Reddit to look something up without having to do an intervention when I'm trying to be productive or showing friends something but don't want to get lost in shorts or r/home scrolling.
