Customized interventions with self-made motivational content

Is it possible to let users create and use their own motivational quotes with images (say, quotes from David Goggins with his running picture as the background) or let user choose motivational video clips from their phone? I think I will have a higher emotional boost from my customized content which I already find inspiring in the first place.
