Gambling Detox

I have a biggg problem with gambling.

I would love to have a feature where I can block a prefilled list of gambling websites, which you could easily generate once all 2-3 months.

These lists could also be open so everybody in the community can create their own and share them as well.

This could be a part of the adult content detox: Where you can add certain lists/genres that you created yourself, someone from the community created or you guys created.

Because to be honest, you’re never the only one with a certain problem/addiction.

Right now I’m using the adult detox feature to block the sites I played the most on, but sometimes when the urge gets too strong, I log in on new sites.

    I also rewrote the title and some of the passages – to make it easier understandable and coherent. I think this is a really nice idea and I hope it will gain more attention like this.

    Thanks for sharing this, and for being so open about it. The idea of curated or shareable category lists, like a gambling blocklist that gets updated regularly, is a really good one and not something we currently have built in.

    In the meantime, the closest option is using Block Sessions or Recurring Blocks to manually add the specific gambling sites you want to block. This works across Safari and other browsers, so it should help cover the sites you keep going back to: https://feedback.one-sec.app/en/help/articles/1575981-block-apps-and-websites-ios

    It won't auto-update with new sites, but it gives you full control over your own list while you're dealing with this.

    Your idea about community or prefilled category lists for Adult Content Detox and similar features is great feedback, thanks for posting it here so others can upvote and add to it.
