Intervention before editing blocked app list

I find myself editing the blocked app list to avoid intervention sessions. (For example removing youtube from blocked app list and going back to youtube🥲)

I tried out the ‘settings lock’ function but this doesn’t block editing the app& website list. It would be perfect if I can set an intervention before editing the blocked app list!
