Make “increase usage within 24 hours” customizable for each app

I noticed that the “increase usage within 24 hours” for the breathing exercises applies the same time increase to every single app, and it would be nice if it was customizable for each app (the same way the breathing duration is customizable in each app’s settings on one sec) because I don’t use all apps with equal frequency, and some apps are quite important for me to access quickly, so having them be customizable would be great.
