Make reintervention after unblocking schedule harder (i.e. much longer wait time than normal intervention)

For some websites I feel hesitant to block them completely without any kind of intervention, because I will use them legitimately once in a while and that is the problem for me. However, I notice that an intervention after disabling a block is very short. It is the same time set for a normal intervention without block. Unblocking a schedule is a big deal and has consequences of getting distracted majorly. That is why I would appreciate the option where the user could set a different intervention wait time, possibly with a different display text during intervention too. This intervention could be much longer like 1-5 minutes.
