Monochrome theme (or custom accent color)

As mentioned in my email to Frederik: this bugs me more than I expected. I'm not a fan of (or even dislike) the violet theming. I'm the black/white kind of minimal guy and like things out of sight.

This could perhaps be solved by enabling a custom accent color, which could then be set to grey etc.
