One Sec for no social networks apps

I have a big problem, I spend A LOT of time playing games on my iPhone, such as Balatro+, SkipBo and so on.

I was trying to put the One Sec filter to not only block me from entering but also quoting after some time, but there no such an option.

I know it feels kind of redundant on the Time Limit of iOS, but it would be useful to stop using so much does apps.

By the way, I really love One Sec, it has help me control my social media addiction
