Reminder of intent

A certain time (customisable) after sharing your intent and entering the app, you get a reminder of your intent. E.g. “Your initial intent was to post something, is this still true?” Could be accompanied with a breathing moment as a pause.

    Hey! This is already part of one sec, it’s called “Don’t get lost“ notifications and is exactly what you’ve been asking for (I believe!). Let me know if I misunderstood your idea, though!

      I think they meant that the notification should ask about the intention that you set when you got the intervention and allow you to pick a new intention if it changed. It would also serve as a reminder of what you went on the app to do if you got distracted.

      This is great, but a full screen layover that makes it hard to just automaticlly click through with muscle memory would really help.
