Skip intervention based on referer

Two of my blocked sites are Reddit and Hacker News. There’s sometimes useful info for my work on these sites and the intervention gets in the way in these cases. It’d be nice to only do an intervention if the referer is null (i.e. I typed in the URL) or is another page on the same site, but not do an intervention if e.g. the referer is Google.
