Smart Blocking with Timed Pauses

I’d love to see a feature similar to 1Focus on Mac, where you can block apps/sites on a schedule but also allow short pauses (e.g. 5-10 adjustable minutes every hour then it blocks again automatically).

This keeps the blocking effective but still gives flexibility for quick exceptions without disabling everything.
