Smart Time Based Intervention Lock (Core Feature Request)

One Sec works best when the restriction feels strict and consistent. I would like a smarter time based lock system.

If I open an app and allow myself to use it for 5 minutes, and then set an intervention lock for 2 hours, the app should strictly enforce that lock. During those 2 hours, every attempt to reopen the app must require an intervention. Only after the full 2 hours pass should it ask me again how long I want to use the app.

Currently, the app asks too soon, which weakens the purpose and makes it easy to re enter impulsively. A persistent, time aware lock would make the intervention much more effective and reliable.
