Tab hold open

I have a specific tab for a music player (YouTube Music). Sometimes I change the music. But I don’t want to unblock the rest of YouTube via OneSec. Can there be a feature to only mark a specific tab as “hold on” (default “hold off”), for example by right clicking the tab and in the context menu selecting it? Perhaps it would automatically reset to off if you open it again (i.e. hold once), such that you have to renew it.
