After I start an intervention lock, it should stay active for the full selected duration with no exceptions.

• Every access attempt during the lock must require the intervention

• The app must not allow normal use until the entire lock period ends

• Only after it ends should the app ask again for usage time

Currently, if I return shortly after leaving, the app sometimes lets me in without enforcing the intervention. This weakens the restriction. The lock should remain strict for the full duration.
