Use default time for re-intervention without having to scroll the dial

I find the initial intervention helpful, but the dial-scroll to select the time for the session (I.e. 10m) is unnecessary and gets in the way. It would be great if we can set the default max time (10m) and that is used for every session, before re-intervention kicks in.

Even better: have the default 10m initially, and the re-intervention would bring back the dial for continued usage.
