User mental state drop-down selection and text input during interventions.

During intervention and maybe re-intervention, the option for the user to provide their mental state/mood and provide text input. The mental state/mood could be a drop-down list featuring things like: procrastinating; stuck; killing time; etc. The text input box enables the user to type in an excuse or justification for why they're using the app, or further explanation for their mental state.

Example:

  • Intervention- user selects that they would like to access the app

  • Breathing time

  • In order to proceed, user selects “procrastinating” from a drop-down and chooses to type in “I’m supposed to be doing homework,” before proceeding.

The dropdown could provide the opportunity to view statistics based on mental state, such as how often we access an app while procrastinating and how long we use it.

The text input excuse/justification provides another opportunity for personal accountability, and a record of these notes could be helpful to review.
