Use default time for re-intervention without having to scroll the dial

I find the initial intervention helpful, but the dial-scroll to select the time for the session (I.e. 10m) is unnecessary and gets in the way. It would be great if we can set the default max time (10m) and that is used for every session, before re-intervention kicks in.

Even better: have the default 10m initially, and the re-intervention would bring back the dial for continued usage.

    Hi there,

    we intentionally designed the Re-Intervention to add additional Friction and Intentionality with the Scroll Wheel. We wanted users to actually think how much more time they want to spend.

    We can see the user need though, but right now we also see problems with it (especially with too broad time frames. Would an limitation to add automatically max 10 min help with your use cases?

      That would be very helpful, Lucas! I just hope it can also be combined with a delayed intervention, as described in my original request.

    Default Re-Intervention Time

    Please add an option to set a default Re-Intervention time (e.g. 10 min), so users don't have to manually set it each time.

    This should be combinable with delayed interventions, allowing scenarios like: using the app for 10 min (delayed intervention) before the initial intervention, then automatically triggering another Re-intervention after the preset Re-Intervention time (e.g. 10 min).

    I there, you should be able to use this feature with the Delayed Intervention already on iOS. Maybe you want to give it a try?

      Delayed intervention doesn’t solve this need.

      The current flow is —

      App open > Intervention > Scroll dial to select time > use app

      ^ the 3rd step above is unnecessary.

      Want —

      App open > Intervention > (no scroll dial, automatically use 10m default) > use app

      Delayed intervention does —

      App open > use app > delayed period passes (i.e. 1m) > Intervention > Scroll dial to select time > use app
