2nd monitor issue

I found the issue, that if I opend e.g. youtube on one of my monitors, klick onto the other monitor, i get another intevention as soon as i click back into youtube. Thats kinda annoying if actively decided to use a website i might normally block. Would be cool to disable this reoccuring intervention every time i tab back in.
