2nd monitor issue

I found the issue, that if I opend e.g. youtube on one of my monitors, klick onto the other monitor, i get another intevention as soon as i click back into youtube. Thats kinda annoying if actively decided to use a website i might normally block. Would be cool to disable this reoccuring intervention every time i tab back in.

    Hi there, @Lukas and @Maarten ! A fix could be to use a broader time frame for intentional website switching.

    Also, feel free to vote this up for broader customization options, f.e. you don’t want to have the same time frame for Instagram as for Youtube.:

      I don't want to extend the time for all instances of a site, as that defeats the point of having the intervention. Is it impossible to detect if a window is visible but not focused, not minimized nor behind other windows? What about a lock current window/tab feature? Such that you can click on the extension and press freeze this tab. Or delay re intervention until the end of a video? That way if you do close that tab, there won't be any permanent settings changed, so that you don't have a “quick cheat” button.

        Maybe instead of a freeze tab, just a tab timer feature? That way you can't leave the tab essentially in “cheat mode”.

            Like saying “snooze interventions (for … minutes) for this tab”, and also perhaps have to manually select which websites you want to enable ability to snooze for.

            Not sure if that is the best way to implement something like that. But just an idea.

    Same issue with side-by-side windows. E.g. reading an article and editing a document side by side.
