Addressing serious weakness with strict block

I have put all possible blocks in place, redundancy after redundancy, but it all collapses if I can just edit my strict block schedule and turn it off as soon as the time changes. There needs to be a way to lock schedules so they cannot be edited at all except to add hours of restriction. And also permanently lock schedules that are selected for all hours. This may could get sketchy if it was used to lock shortcuts blocking access to phone settings so perhaps there should simply be an extremely long wait followed by brief access that self locks when the time runs out.
