Super strict block [iOS]
Sometimes i find myself changing the app block schedule right before the next hour (for example at 16:58) to unlock the app for the following hour. It would be great if something like super strict block existed that would only allow me to change block shedule for the next day.

PinnedHi there, would be a long and adjustable Intervention before changing the strict block settings a possible solution?
We are not sure about the effectiveness of this feature request, because it would just push the threshold a little bit in the future but wouldn’t change the overall problem.

Make strict scheduled blocks impossible to turn off
When scheduling block you need to pick individual hour windows. These can be turned off even after the scheduled strict block has started except for the currect active hour.

strict block bypass
I have instagram strict-blocked through a daily schedule. But if I select the ‘customize per day’ option, I bypass the block and can enter the app.

Hi there, thanks for your bug report.
Which one sec and iOS version are you using?
Can you share a screen video of this happening?

Addressing serious weakness with strict block
I have put all possible blocks in place, redundancy after redundancy, but it all collapses if I can just edit my strict block schedule and turn it off as soon as the time changes. There needs to be a way to lock schedules so they cannot be edited at all except to add hours of restriction. And also permanently lock schedules that are selected for all hours. This may could get sketchy if it was used to lock shortcuts blocking access to phone settings so perhaps there should simply be an extremely long wait followed by brief access that self locks when the time runs out.

Yes, I wanted to give the same feedback. This is actually the only bypass that really bothers me.
I have Strict Mode enabled, and everything is blocked from 9 PM until midnight. However, during the day, I can still bypass the system quite easily. For example, if it's 11:55 AM, I can simply disable the block for the upcoming hour (12 PM to 1 PM) before it starts. As a result, I'm able to use all blocked apps during that entire hour.
For me, this defeats the purpose of Strict Mode. I would love to see a change where future blocked hours cannot be modified shortly before they begin, or where scheduled blocks are completely locked once Strict Mode is enabled.

Fixing a few weak points
I am aware that nothing is truly bulletproof but, I have spent a lot of time with this app to assist with my crippling OCD and my phones impact on it. I find that the "recurring block" system may be the biggest weak point in the chain at the moment. I use it as a redundancy to block me from modifying animations or compulsively redownloading apps, but it can be easily worked around by simply changing the schedule.
For example if I have it set to a strict block for 6pm & it's currently 5:55pm all i have to do is change the schedule to where there is no longer a block at 6pm & I only have to wait 5 mins before I can essentially undo everything. For people such as myself with severe OCD, a short delay or having to jump through a few hoops is no real obstacle, there needs to be a way to lock things to a more extreme degree for those who need it.
Also, if there is a way to permanently block me from using a particular app like how the adult content blocker works I haven’t discovered it, but that would be a big help as well.
