Adjust Default Intervention Time per app [Android]

Android users should also be able to adjust the intervention time length per app, for example 6s for WhatsApp and 10s for Instagram.

This would increase the customization options and use cases, because users can decide how much friction they want for which app.

On iOS you can do so by: open one sec > tap on the App you want to adjust on the Overview page > Customize > Intervention Duration. On Android, this option is still missing.

Please bring this feature from iOS also to AndroidOS!
