[Android] Focus Filters

The iOS Focus Filter feature allows users to customize the behavior of one sec (block/intervene/longer intervention/no intervention) by the Focus Mode (for example Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work) they are using.

Bringing this feature to Android would allow Android users to also adjust the behavior of one sec to their needs in different contexts (block instagram at work, but have no intervention for Slack; while in DND Instagram is free but Slack is intervened or blocked) – making one sec even a more powerful tool.
