[Android] Strict Block – Uninstall protection

The strict block feature should block your ability to uninstall apps, so you can’t bypass the block.

How a user put it:

I found another app (appBlock) that does block your ability to unistall apps so you can't bypass the block. I'm letting you know because I like the interface of one sec a lot more, and I hope one day the app can be improve for this feature to be available.
