Assign Intervention Type per App
Users could profit by adjusting which apps get intervened by which intervention type:
“Right now, interventions apply uniformly across blocked apps. However, my mindset when opening a work app like Slack or Email is completely different from when I catch myself mindlessly tapping Instagram or YouTube.”
As an example:
“- Social Media (Instagram/TikTok): A deep breathing or reflection prompt to break the dopamine loop.
- Work/Utility Apps (Slack/LinkedIn): A quick pause counter or intention check to maintain momentum without slowing down critical workflows.”
While users could get faster used to the intervention, making it potentially less effective, this could be addressed with other features, like the customization options (Elongate intervention with each opening, etc.) or by stacking several different interventions/or adding them by categories (Breathing, Hands On, Affirmation, Focused Attention, etc) .
This is connected closely with the following feature requests:

• Assign Journal Intervention to certain apps: https://feedback.one-sec.app/p/ios-select-which-apps-to-address-with-journaling-intervention
