[iOS] Select which apps to address with Journaling Intervention

A user got in touch:

> In short, is it possible to be able to require a Journal entry for all apps individually?
I find myself finding this quite a ‘hard barrier’ before opening the app. However, after I entered my morning Journal for example for YT, then I also only need an intervention for let’s say Instagram. There should be a few new questions then maybe in the Journal prompt, like ‘Why are you really opening the app?’ Or ‘What are you avoiding by doing this?’
