I really love the physiolical sigh intervention however the timings are not ideal for how the exercise is recommended to be performed (which is to use a long exhale) and so it would be a really nice addition to be able to change the exhale period so that it’s even longer than just 5 seconds (maybe up to 10 seconds), I’d also like to change the inhale so it’s a bit shorter than 4 seconds to really dial in on the exercise and get the most out of it.
