Blocked all apps
Have been using one sec for a couple years now, and just today I went to do a strict block on the seven apps that I block and instead of blocking just those seven apps it blocked every app on my phone. So now all of my apps are blocked for six hours. What happened here??

Sorry for the delay. Let’s find out what happened there!
We have a Block All Apps function in one sec, that you could have triggered by accident – or a bug happened.
Could you share the following information:
• iOS and one sec version (if possible, please update)
• a screenrecording of the problem occuring
This would help a lot.

You might need to put this into one sec support… they can help you much sooner and can be more helpful for bugs like these (I know this from experience)

You are right: Getting in touch per mail is normally faster, since we prioritize mails higher than Feature Requests and Bug Reports posted here. But we try to keep up and reply as soon as possible.
