Button to leave during the wait cooldown

I have gradually been increasing my wait cooldown time now up to 40 seconds. By the time I’ve waited the whole period, I almost feel like I deserve to open the app, so I hardly pick to close the app. If there is a button during the cooldown to say that I don’t want to open the app anymore, then I’d probably hit it WAY often, especially in the first second where I realize doomscrolling is not worth waiting 40 seconds. Hope you will consider!
