Chromium Extension Crashes And Causes Browser Freeze On Opening X

On Brave, if I attempt to open X/Twitter with the extension enabled, the entire browser freezes and then crashes.

I am on Brave 1.88.134 with Chromium version 146.0.7680.153. I tried removing and adding X back, still no help. I'm on macOS if that's relevant.
