Closing Web Browser w/o Intervention

In the web browser extension, if you have the “Close tab on intervention exit” setting on, sometimes opening a page quickly after launching the browser will not prompt an intervention- but after a short time, it will still close the tab. If this is your only open tab, it will also close the browser.
