Custom Intervention Time per App

What I want

Allow users to set a different intervention time for specific apps, instead of having one general intervention time shared by all apps configured for intervention.

Example

I could set:

• Instagram: 30 seconds

• YouTube: 15 seconds

• Reddit: 60 seconds

while keeping the general intervention time as the default for all other apps.

This would also bring the mobile experience closer to the One Sec browser extension, which already offers a “Specific app duration” option.

General benefits

• Allows the intervention to be better suited to each app.

• Some apps may require more or less time to make the user pause and reconsider opening them.

• Provides more flexibility and control without requiring separate configurations for every app.

• Could make the intervention more effective by adapting it to different usage patterns.
