Daily App Budget / Daily Limit for App Opens
I sometimes find myself doing re-intervention after re-intervention. It would be great if users could set a daily app budget, limiting how many times an app can be opened per day. This would encourage more mindful app usage, making users think twice before opening an app to avoid wasting their limited sessions on mindless scrolling.

You would also randomize the sort order of Close and Continue, this would also interrupt the brain's natural memorized flow of what to click on

Yes definitely! This is such an essential thing for me that I wish the app could do as everything else about it is amazing! If there is a way to set a time limit on the app with a strict block (unlike Apple’s screen time settings that are too lenient) it would definitely help, and it would be great if the block can be set as a max time daily or even a max number of app opens daily (so there’s a limit on how many times you can even open the app itself).

You can do this on the native settings itself.
Screen time for iOS. And digital well-being for Android. You don't need one sec to do this

We legit need this, a combination of re-intervetions with limited app sessions would be even better to limit our screen time. So after we’ve reached our app budget, activate a strict block that can’t be opened until midnight or something…

This would be so useful, especially implemented in a good way with exponential longer look up process for example when you enter a. App too many times.
But just a basic feature first would be very useful as well since it is not available in my Android version at least there you can just limit total time

Please add this one, it is so essential. The native Screentime Budget (iOS, on Android I don’t know the rule) is to easy to skip.
With this feature the app would be nearly perfect.
