Don’t Get Lost Notification Coming When Not Needed

Note: My “Don’t Get Lost” Reminder notifications come at the 3 minutes interval. Sometimes, when I set a 3 minute time to use an app with one sec, right when my 3 minutes end, I get the “You need an intervention” screen AND a “Don’t Get Lost” notification at the same time, and I feel like this is a bug because you are already being taken off of the app, and the notification should not come.
