On mobile it can be up to 120 seconds, on web its only 60 seconds. Please, my brain takes longer than 60 seconds to turn on :)

    Could be cool to also have it where everytime you do an intervention (if you´ve opened the app in the last 5 minutes lets say) you can make the interventions longer each time. EX first intervention is 30 second, second is 45, third is 60, etc.
