Instagram links in iMessage

I love one sec, but have been losing a lot of time lately because I learned that if I click a link to Instagram or one of my other restricted apps through iMessage, it bypasses the one sec interruption and I don’t have to breathe. Not sure if this is an intentional feature or a bug but I’d love the one sec intervention to still play in this situation
