Intentional app switching doesn't work on browser extension

Hi, I use One sec premium version on android and on browser.
On android intentional app switching works perfectly, on browser it doesn’t.
It’s important to me because I want to avoid keeping youtube tab in background while i do important things in other tabs.
There is some solution I can try?
