Let notifications still come through while active block

If you have an ongoing block, your notifications for a blocked app will also be blocked. Users should be able to choose if they still want to get notifications of blocked apps.

“I sometimes feel the urge to open the app anyway just to check if I might be missing something important. That small doubt ends up pulling me back in more than I’d like.

It would really help if there were a way to still receive notifications while the app stays blocked. That way I could stay aware of anything important without needing to open the app just to check.”
