Manual Blocks Don’t Prevent Changing App Settings to Circumvent in 5.0

I really like the new update! There’s just one significant bug: when I start a manual block, it no longer prevents me from using the one sec app. Previously, when a manual block was going, all that I could do on one sec was see the remaining time and pause it if it wasn’t strict. Now, I maintain full access to one sec during blocks, allowing me to change settings such that I can circumvent the block (e.g., revoke screen time access). Can you please fix this? Thank you.
