Notifications blocked by reintervention/lock during intervention

On iOS, currently the app will remain blocked by Screen Time when a reintervention is required or if “lock target app during intervention” is enabled.

This blocks any notifications from the app being received or appearing on the Lock Screen.

I propose releasing the block from Screen Time after x minutes so notifications can still be recieved. However this will mean the first time an app is accessed after that time, a preview will be visible until One Sec applies the Screen Time lock again.
