One sec doesn't work during heavy background processing.

I often experienced, that one sec doesn’t activate at all after during heavy background processing (start-up, syncs, indexing, app updates, or other heavy CPU tasks, …), sometimes even Instagram itself is enough to permanently stall one sec for hours. I’m no expert, but I assume it’s due to High CPU/RAM Pressure and Resource Throttling. I also don’t know how to fix it, as it could be just an OS / system stability problem, however it defeats the purpose of the app, if Instagram itself is sometimes enough to stall one sec.
