One sec not working properly on ChatGPT website

As long as I reload the chatGPT website, the intervention will suddenly disappear & there’s no re-intervention anymore. I tried to disable extension that pop up notification, and even tried to configure all possible settings (Include chatgpt subdomain, or intervention related settings). And the bug still exist.

To put in short: Just reload ChatGPT webpage, and intervention + reintervention will no longer work properly
