One sec pro not detected on firefox if obtained through 2023 study

I have One sec pro because of a study I completed back in early 2023. Today I tried to login on one sec for the first time on firefox but I only have standard access. Is this expected? on the app it says “You can use one sec pro across all your devices“

    Hi there, the codes provided by the study are device bound. This is due to technical reasons. Please get in touch with our customer support team for an unlock of your Pro-Access on other devices!
